REIKI KIDS with Caitlín Carrington
These pages are being worked on by my 7 year old daughter Caitlín, a second degree Reiki student, having lived with Reiki all her life, I think she will definately be the best authority on Reiki from a kids perpective! But like any other 7 year old, there is so much fun to be had, dogs to be played with, chickens to be cleaned out, home education to be done, Anglo Saxon settlements to built in our conservatory, that sitting down and really thinking about it might take a bit of time :-)
What Reiki is by Caitlín (and other wisdoms)
If a girl or a boy asked me about Reiki, I would say that Reiki is like the Force. I am Reiki 2 at it. I saw my Mummy using the Force on a traffic light and it turned Green. Me and Leo use the force to find a parking space outside Sainsburys. We say " Reiki, Reiki parking space, Sainsburys, Sainsburys" lots of times, sometimes we get lots of parking spaces!"
It is fun and you actually help people, it is fantastic for other people.
Every morning you should do your meditation it will help you have a kind heart. Dr Usui said that you should be kind to everyone especially your hamster. Our hamster is called Obi Wan Kenobi. He likes Reiki on his back. He is black and white.
I am writing a course for Reiki Kids just like me, Mummy is helping me and I will tell you when it's done.
I have been helping Mummy on our Allotment. I do Reiki on the carrots, they are the best carrots because I do their Reiki. I Reiki the horses at the Allotment and they really like me. Mummy showed me how to do Dancing Hands on the carrots they like it because it tickles them. That's it now.

THE COURSE WILL BE SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN AGED BETWEEN
5-10 YEARS OLD.
COST: £30.00 TIMES: 11AM - 3PM
Bring a packed lunch and wear old clothes as we will be going out into woodland and playing. Let us know beforehand about any allergies or medical conditions. Mums and Dads are allowed to stay if they want but will be given a job to do! (I am CRB checked, so you can leave them if you want to) This is what we will be covering.
