Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to the same class if taken within a 12 month period.

If you cancel classes within 14 days of the class, the full balance is still payable.

In the event of having to cancel a class, you will receive a full refund

Balances are due 14 days before the class, cancellation within the 14 day period will still incur the full price of the course (It can still be transferred to another class if taken within the next 12 months)


Instalments

You may take advantage of the following options -

Split over 2 months (post dated cheques) No charge
Split over 3 months (post dated cheques) £5 charge
Split over 6 months (standing order) £10 charge
Split over 10 months (standing order) £25 charge

If you pay by instalments, please remember that the arrangement is a favour to allow you to continue on your Reiki journey. Please don’t fall behind on payments, it’s no good for your Karma 

Discounts

Reduced Fees are based on you receiving one of the following benefits –

Child Tax Credit
Working Tax Credit
Pension Credit
Single Parent Families
Unemployment Benefit
Disability Allowance

(You may be asked to provide proof of your benefit.)

A reduction of 20% off the fees is available if you pay the fees in one instalment or you have free instalments for 6 months.


Review of Classes

Class reviews of a class previously taken with me are available provided there are free spaces on the class. A charge of the difference between the price you paid and the current fee will be payable (for example, if you took Reiki 1 with me 6 years ago and paid £100 as the course is now £150 you would pay the difference of £50) Classes are always changing and evolving so a stop-off can be really beneficial if you have had a break.
